Risotto "Milano" with Saffron
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, saffron (packed separately) vegtal broth (sea-salt, onion, porcini) carrots, olive oil, leek, parsley, celery, onion.
Suggestions: add 3/4 of tsp of dark cocoa and 2 tbsp heavy cream before removing from flame.
Wine Pairing: Frascati Spumante DOC, or white, light body wines.
