The Flamigni Tall Milano Panettone is faithful to the traditional Milanese recipe. It is made with only the finest ingredients: Flour from selected grains, sugar, egg yolk from free range hens, centrifuge butter from high quality cow milk, raisins and candied fruit from Italian oranges and Diamante citron.
The real soul of Panettone, however, is the natural sourdough, whose strain dates back to the 1930s, which makes the dough soft, full of irregular holes and extremely light.
