Penne "Ravello" Lemon & Pink Pepper
Ingredients: pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) lemon 2%, vegetal broth (sea-salt, onion, porcini) carrots, olive oil, leek, parsley, celery, garlic, pink pepper, turmeric, chive.
Suggestions: before serving, add 100g of tuna in oil melted with 1 tbsp of butter and some parsley.
Wine Pairing: Pinot Grigio or Verdicchio, or white, medium body wines.
