Pour 5L of water and a tablespoon of salt into a pan. When the water boils, add the Pappardelle and cook for the time indicated on the package. Turn the pasta only after cooking! Drain it and add the sauce. For this pasta shape we recommend the Traditional Ragù Bolognese! An excellent combination to enjoy with the whole family.
